IPSC 2009 is an IEEE 125th anniversary celebration event in Chongqing China on 18th-20th November.  It aims to demonstrate the momentous contribution to power semiconductor technology and provide an opportunity to present innovative technologies in power semiconductor, such as power device, process integrity, substrate technology, TCAD, advanced material, reliability and project management.

Your expertise in semiconductor process and reliability will add the value to IPSC2009.  As a committee member, you would review technological papers submitted and take the honorable privileges.  You participation will encourage the public to recognize the impact of power technology on their life and promotes continued innovation to create positive change to this planet.

Chongqing is a well-known historical and cultural city, which was the capital of China during World War II.  Stimulated by the enormous potentials of Chinese markets, Chongqing has become an industrial and economic centre of Inland China with a giant chain between power semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers and consumers.  IPSC 2009 will be a remarkable celebration event for the IEEE 125 years of innovation and ingenuity at the origin of Chinese industry, and act as a platform for power semiconductor researchers, customers and manufacturers.
